Don't miss Kimball Library's Annual July 4th Book Sale!

(No early birds, please!)

Thousands of books in all categories will be on sale at low prices.
We appreciate your donations of books, audiobooks, and videos. Your gift may be tax-deductible. Thank you for honoring the following guidelines: Donations must be in good condition - please, no mildewed, incomplete, or otherwise damaged items. We are unable to accept encyclopedias, textbooks, condensed books, magazines, or calendars. Please bring donations to the Library during open hours, through June 30th. Thank you!

Kimball Library needs help setting up and tearing down the annual July 4th booksale. Contact the Library if you think you can help with either.

The Library will be closed on July 3rd & 4th.

Bring us your DVDs!

Do you have DVDs you no longer want or need? The Library will gladly add them to the collection or sell them at the July 4th booksale. Help spread the entertainment around!

Change in Library Hours

Due to budget cuts, beginning in July the Library will open at 2 pm on Thursdays. We hope this decrease in hours will only last one year.

Borrow a Book. Borrow the Passes.

Check out the parks Forests Parks & Recreation, VT Library patrons can now borrow a pass to access the day-use areas of Vermont State Parks free of charge! The pass admits up to eight people in one vehicle. (Made possible through a partnership between the Vermont State Parks and the Vermont Department of Libraries.)



ECHO Museum

Ask your librarian for the Library ECHO Pass, and up to two adults and three youths will be admitted to ECHO Lake Aquarium and Science Center at the Leahy Center for Lake Champlain, for just two dollars each.
(Program ends October 31, 2009.)
